I'm working with an organisation that operates in producing heavy materials into the construction & rail industries. They are looking to bring on board a Process Manager who will be responsible for production and hold responsibility for a group of engineers. In addition to this the role extends to improving the efficiency of production and ensure that continuous improvement is implemented. Previous experience with TQM, Production Processes, knowledge of Rolling and Fabrication are all desirable traits for this role. A solid background in Materials, specifically within Steel manufacturing is ideal. The role is based in South Wales, this is a management level pay grade within the organisation and offers a good bonus and benefits package in addition.
