You will be responsible for optimizing the Process Quality Assurance. Next to the optimizing, you will identify and embed Process Performance Indicators and initiate improvements based on performance, controls and compliance reviews.
He/she has experience with ITIL processes in an international and financial organisation and preferably has knowledge around ITIL v3, Cobit and ITSM Tooling.
