Next Ventures is executing a search for a process manager based in Sweden, Stockholm.
Contract length: 9 months

Product/Applications involved in assignment: IT Process - ITSCM
Description
As IT process manager you will be responsible for ITTE process design and operating effectiveness for the IT Service Continuity Management process. You will work with continuous improvements using methods like Lean IT and Sig Sigma working in close cooperation with core teams and process practioneers.
You will work to establish data driven improvements and measurements that drives the wanted behaviors in the organization to build capabilities, optimize process outcome and provide value for the client via operational effectiveness.
The purpose of IT Service Continuity Management process is to support the overall Business Continuity Management process by ensuring that the required IT technical and services facilities (including computer systems, networks, applications, telecommunications, and Service Desk) can be recovered within required and agreed business timescales.
Requirements
The IT Service Continuity Management needs to be established within the organization, towards suppliers and to meet Business requirements on BCM planning.
We are looking for a person with extensive and hands-on experience of working with IT service continuity planning and rolling out Business continuity plans. A senior person that can both lead and influence the organization to established a structured work and work closely with business stakeholders - making IT relevant in the business.
