Process Leader

An exciting opportunity is now available for an experienced PROCESS LEADER to develop and deploy a common set of project and program management methodologies, tools and processes, ensuring consistency with objectives and process across projects. The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience with ARIS - reviewing processes, having input on their creation, approving processes for final release. Experience in a PMO environment and knowledge of PMBOK are highly regarded.

YOUR DUTIES:

- Coach, advise and support project team members to apply appropriate project management methodology as required
- Improve and update Project Management Methodology Framework including processes, templates, tools and guidelines
- Participate in project audits to uncover issues and areas of improvements in the applications of Project Management Methodology Framework, tools and templates
- Conduct and develop Training Material
- Provide input into the design, development, and implementation of Project management Competency Framework

YOUR BACKGROUND:

- Experience in delivering programs/projects in the infrastructure environment combined with a working knowledge of systems and standards for program/project management, risk and issue management, and quality management
- Proven experience in implementing strategies to build organisational capability and in developing and documenting business processes
- Tertiary qualification in Project Management or relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels
- Ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Demonstrated experience working with appropriate project management software and BPM tools such as ARIS Software supported by strategic analytical and problem solving skills
- Capacity to provide training and group presentations in project management methodologies
