PROCESS INTERFACE CONSULTANT - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM - ENGLISH SPEAKING
(PIM, PROCESS INTERFACE MANUAL, PROCESS INTERFACE MANUALS, PIMS, SERVICE DELIVERY, PROCESS INTERFACE, PROCESS INTERFACES)
One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Process Interface Consultant.
PLEASE FIND SOME DETAILS BELOW:
The candidate will set up/document the Process Interface Manuals (PIMs) for an IT organisation delivering services towards external customers.
This project will clarify Service hand-offs and interfaces and will document the process interfaces which are used between IS4F and the customers.
PROVEN EXPERIENCE IN:
. Conducting Service delivery workshops
. Formalise a detailed account service responsibility Matrix, to add the process Governance structure and how it is to be administered.
. Development of steady-state account Process Interface Manual (high level of Customer interfaces).
. Training of account-specific process focals.
. Development of appropriate workflows for priority services/processes.
. Turn over account process and procedure manual and sections to steady-state owners team upon completion.
. Conducting Transition workshops.
. subject matter expert in setting up/documenting Process Interface Manuals (PIMs) in an IT organisation delivering services towards external customers.
language requirements: English (fluent spoken and written) and French (fluent reading), Dutch fluent reading is a plus:
