Process Improvement Manager - Financial Services

A financial services organisation is looking for a strong Process Improvement Manager.

We are looking for individuals who have a proven track record in delivering process mapping and business process management outputs as part of major business transformation programmes. In addition we would expect to see the following core competencies:

Technical specialisation in one or more of the following areas (essential) with some awareness of the other approaches/methods

* ARIS (process mapping)
* eTom (business process framework for demand management) skills
* Lean (process management and improvement)
* EPC (Event-based Process Chain)

Previous experience of applying one or a number of the above methods/techniques to complex processes within large corporate organisations

* Excellent team working with the ability to work collaboratively with a broad range of stakeholders across multiple geographies.

* Proven ability to drive change and lead thinking on process

* Passionate about organisation change and organisation processes efficiency

* Excellent and relevant Process Design & Performance improvement experience

* Stakeholder management, excellent influencing and communication skills

* Excellent people management skills with a clear Delivery/Execution track record

Experience working with HR/Pensions desirable
