Process Excellence Workflow Engineer/Analyst (4787)

For a project at our client's site, an international bank based in Zurich, we are looking for an experienced

PROCESS EXCELLENCE WORKFLOW ENGINEER/ANALYST (4787)

This position is part of the Process Excellence (PEX) team, which acts as a center of competence for process (re-) design and optimization work across the bank, with tools to deliver continuous front-to-back efficiency and to lead lean transformations.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:

- MINIMUM 3 YEARS AS A PROCESS ENGINEER/PROCESS ANALYST IN A LARGE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
- SOLID UNDERSTANDING OF CLIENT ONBOARDING, ASSET TRANSFER, UNSTRUCTURED PAYMENTS, CLIENT OFFBOARDING AND COORPORATE ACTIONS IS REQUIRED
- KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE IN WORKFLOW MANAGEMENT OR CASE MANAGEMENT IS APPRECIATED
- PROVEN KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING AREAS: PROCESS OPTIMIZATION, BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT (BPM), WORK MANAGEMENT/WORK FLOW TOOL INTEGRATION AND IMPLEMENTATION
- Proven track record of outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently, and able to work in a quickly changing and fast paced environment
- EXCELLENT ORAL AND WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS IN ENGLISH. GERMAN IS AN ADVANTAGE

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Design and prepare (Value Stream Optimized) processes for work management tool implementation in close cooperation with process SMEs
- Digitalization and standardization of processes with our workflow management/case management system and rule engine
- Support the development and implementation of specific BPM standards, guidelines, frameworks and process governance structure
