PROCESS EXCELLENCE MANAGER - PROCESS IMPROVEMENT, PROCESS ANALYSIS, PROCESS DESIGN, LEAN, SIX SIGMA

Our client, a financial services organisation, has an urgent requirement for a PROCESS EXCELLENCE MANAGER to plan and control business process analysis and improvement within a large Risk function.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Provide subject matter expertise in continuous improvement toolsets and methodologies (LEAN, Six Sigma)
- Oversee process improvement, analysis and business process management activities
- Review as-is processes and inefficiencies
- Shape to-be end to end business process design
- Design and develop ways of achieving continuous improvement on a global scale
- Work with the project teams to identify and implement process improvements

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

- Demonstrable experience of LEAN, SIX SIGMA
- Proven track record of delivering business and process improvement activity
- Experience of undertaking process reviews and shaping end to end business process designs
- Previous experience of managing process improvement activity, ideally on a global scale
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

A financial services background is essential. A demonstrable background within LEAN/Six Sigma is required.
