Process Engineer - Manufacturing/Production Process Engineer x2 - CONTRACT

Duration: 12 months +

Location: East Midlands

My exclusive client urgently requires the services of 2 x experienced Manufacturing Process Engineers to join a new project team responsible for improving safety, quality, and productivity of the production operation. The Process Engineer will be responsible for all aspects of project management including procedures, training, integration and follow-up. You will conduct studies to identify opportunities for improving productivity and reducing costs, whilst also manage 3 technicians in the team.

Experience/Skills required:
* At least 5 years of related experience preferably in a pharmaceutical environment - Not essential.
* Knowledge and understanding of packaging or manufacturing process improvements; ability to modify processes, procedures and methods;
* Strong technical, statistical and communication skills.
* Enthusiasm and drive to tackle challenges and see them to completion.
* Ability to solve problems while focusing on the big picture.
* Must be collaborative and work well with cross-disciplinary teams
