Process Engineer - Waste Water / Renewable Energy

Experienced Chemical Engineer responsible for delivering projects and develop new AD technology based solutions along with implementing process improvement efficiencies across operational facilities. Responsibilities include: * undertaking detailed mass and energy balance modelling * production of process design documentation including mass balances, P&ID's, process description, schedules, datasheets, bill of materials and supporting calculations for projects. * Input into design documents including layout programme, control philosophy, design risk assessments, commissioning plans and O&M manuals. * Undertaking detailed CAPEX & OPEX modelling * Ensure equipment design, manufacturing and installation complies with relevant safety standards and regulations. * Deliver engineering support and training for site operational and technical teams. * Manage and control specific engineering project spend against allocated budget. * Manage engineering change demands across dedicated projects * Assist commissioning team with process commissioning, fault finding, process guarantee testing ensuring compliance to design specification and process optimisation. Educational Requirements: - Masters level degree in Chemical Engineering is desirable. Mechanical engineers with significant process engineering/operations experience will also be considered. Job Experience: Needs to have relevant process experience. On and off site Project and Process Engineering in the waste water and renewable energy sector.
