IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Provide stirring test plan for 10 stirrers
-Support execution of stirring tests on the production units
-Support execution of stirring test via computer-simulation
-Provide requirements for computer-simulation for additional parameters (i.e. shear force, ..) to be available for the PFMEA

Plan -Organize and execute PFMEA Workshops
-Communicate PFMEA-results to validation groups (equipment, cleaning, process) and support creation of process validation plan
-Process FMEA documentation for relevant stirring step
-Summary reports of risk management workshops

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Technical background or biotechnological background with solid understanding of technical questions and considerations
-Demonstrated experience with agitators for biological products and related construction
-Demonstrated experience in impact assessment related to the above
-Demonstrated experience in risk assessment (PFMEA, could also be related to medical device, combination products)
-System experience with stature of advantage
-Demonstrated experience in project management and project work as well as moderating workshops
