JOB DESCRIPTION:
ON THE GROUND SUPPORT FOR PROJECT
Co-ordinate activities with Vendor
Co-ordinate activities with IT
Define Interfaces/communication protocols
Initial informal testing of development/communication/system
Support Troubleshooting of issues
Technical support for Validation
Support for SBS in ensuring output can integrated into Integrated Data Management System
NON TECHNICAL SKILLS AND ADDITIONAL DETAILS
- Some flexibility in working hours is required
- Must be able to work on multiple simultaneous tasks with limited supervision;
- Quick learner, motivated self-starter;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills;
- Able to follow change management for internal guidelines.
- Language proficiencies: -English and Dutch spoken and written;
