A PROCESS ENGINEER is needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Framingham, MA.

TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Mammalian Cell Culture
- Pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Bioreactors and therapeutic proteins

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Responsible for the development, characterization, scale-up, and tech transfer of robust and manufacturable cell culture processes for the production of late stage clinical and commercial therapeutic proteins for our patients
- Assist in the development and support of clinical and commercial mammalian cell culture processes. Ongoing projects include development of fed-batch and perfusion bioreactor processes toward the production of therapeutic proteins
- Major responsibilities include executing cell culture experiments at various scales from shake flasks to bench-top bioreactors, media preparation, setting up and taking down bioreactors before and after experiments, daily bioreactor sampling and data entry. This individual will also be part of the lab rotation in executing some routine lab activities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS degree in Chemical Engineering, plus two (2) years of experience
- Experience in aseptic techniques, mammalian cell culture in shake flask and/or bioreactor
