Process Engineer - Bulk Sterile Job

PROCESS ENGINEER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in ELKTON, VA

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proven analytical abilities and ability to solve technical problems
- Must possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Hands on manufacturing environment

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Serve on a startup team to demonstrate operation of a bulk sterile antibiotic manufacturing facility - operate, troubleshoot, and solve problems related to equipment and process
- Investigate manufacturing deviations and atypical events write investigation reports
- Work collaborative as part of a team of technical professionals
- Collect process data and perform trending and analysis
- Review, analyze, and improve process documentation
- Train operating staff

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- At least a year of related experience
- S. or M.S. degree in scientific or engineering field relevant to sterile processing (such as mechanical, chemical or biomedical engineering)

BONUS POINTS!

- Pharmaceutical processing experience
- Experience with DeltaV manufacturing controls system
- Experience with SAP enterprise management system
- Experience in a GMP or regulated environment
