Projektbeschreibung
Process Engineer with profound GMP knowledge wanted for our Basel based client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry, Pharmacy or equivalent scientific degree
- At least 3 years' experience in a process support role on the shop floor of GMP manufacturing and/or QA/QC
- Proven expertise in process management in Pharma, GMP and Regulatory aspects
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Providing front line support to manufacturing and working with the shift teams as well as reviewing and assuring correctness validation protocols and reports
- Executing process improvements and up-scaling along with evaluating and assuring that the primary packing closures are sufficient
- Leading product and process related investigations and deviations including complaints, out of expectation and out ff specification
- Providing training for assigned new processes and products as well as analysing data to provide process understanding and to identify root causes of product and process failures
- Maintaining processes at inspection readiness level and providing the necessary support in any internal or external audit
