Amoria Bond is looking for a process engineer in Belgium who is going to work in a challenging team for an international client.

Job description
- Analyse processes to improve the KPI process, define, document and update processes according to the company's standards.
- Implement and detect improvement ideas that are going to be efficient for the client.
- You will be responsible for analysing, coordinating, perform root cause analysis and documenting tests before a process is launched within the company.
- Actively help in the follow up process in order to define the KPI, s, and dashboards to establish improvement.
- Constant collaboration with department, sections, stakeholders and IT department involved in the entire process.

Competences
- A master degree, or equivalent by experience.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in Business Process/Project Management eg (process management, statistical analysis and solution development, business architecture, )
- Relevant experience of Sig Sigma, Lean, BPM etc
- Affinity with the IT industry
- An exceptional knowledge of Dutch and English (written and spoken). French is considered a plus.
