Process Design Engineer - Project Planner/Mapping

My client a large multinational within the Insurance sector has an immediate contract for a Process Design Engineer.

The process engineer will accompany a project a Manager, assisting with the process mapping of the essential "as - is" to "to-be" project. Both will be tasked with the process of relocating centres across Europe into a new European hub ie Dublin. The process design engineer will essentially make sure that the project manager is given a blue print so as to manage the platform integration. This contract will initially run until May 2014, with possibility to extend. 

Responsibilities:

- Create design processes to industry standards eg ITIL, Six Sigma 
- Facilitate business process working sessions
- Processes will cater to the onboarding of EU partners platforms 
- Report into Project Manager and liaise so as to ensure process is accurately designed 

Job requirements:

- ITIL, Six Sigma 
- Project management experience
- Experinece working within a Process engineer/mapping remit
- Relevant academic and/or professional qualification
