Process Design Consultant - Online Payment Services

We seek a Process Design consultant with experience in online payment services and partners (eg Worldpay, Paypal etc.) to carry out a business consulting assignment in Central London. Our client is a large, global online business with a worldwide customer base and a variety of differing payment services in different geographies.

The role will carry responsibility for analysing the processes by which current payment services are created, tested and deployed, to identify gaps and process problems that compromise operational effectiveness. Then to design an improved process to overcome these problems.  This will involve carrying out meetings and workshops with the various stakeholders (some of which are outside UK), analysing and documenting the current process architecture, then developing and presenting an improved design.

The successful consultant will be able to show strong consulting and process design experience in payment systems and services, particularly in relation to online products and services. He or she will have at least a first degree from a recognised university, and experience with one of the major management consulting or technical consulting firms.  This will have enabled them to develop their analysis and consulting skills, and the ability to communicate with, and present to, client stakeholders concisely and persuasively. 

We expect the assignment to start in mid-October.
