Context
Our company Process and Change management team has as objective to document, manage and improve payment processes in order to
increase the customer satisfaction and ensure an efficient processing from the front (branches) to the back(operations) of the bank's activities. The team is also active
in supporting the operational teams during the transitions. Support is provided through communication, training and on-site support.
Many initiatives have been launched to create and improve the sense of belonging to the Domain Payments, and need to be further followed up.
Function Description
Responsibilities:
° Performs process analysis on Domain Payments products and processes
° Sets-up and executes process improvements
° Insures adequate, qualitative and coherent communication flows across the Domain Payments
° Coordinates Domain events and contributes actively to their content
° Improves constantly existing tools and communication media, and brings new ideas / initiatives that will help improve the
sense of belonging to the Domain Payments.
° Insures a high level of satisfaction of the Lunch&Learn PAY
° Is constantly looking for new content for the communication, and can identify where the information is best displayed
° Helps other team members when they need support on any dimension of communication, including coaching for giving
presentations / creating attractive content
° Represents the Domain Payments and takes part actively to the different communication committees
° Assesses whenever possible the impact of the communication, as well as the satisfaction level of the Domain events
° Creates communication templates and writes/ reviews the communication content
° Updates the content of the Domain Webpages
