Process Analyst- French/Dutch Speaking

In the coming months, the client will start several projects that will have a direct or indirect impact on several of our ICT (Information and communications technology) management & governance processes, currently based on Cobit4. At this occasion, client wants to evaluate the costs and benefits of a potential migration of the processes to the Cobit5 framework.

Requirements:

- a few years of experience asa a ICT processes analyst
- migration from Cobit4 to Cobit5.

Technical skills:
Solid knowledge of:
- The Cobit governance framework
- A service management framework (eg ITIL)
- A SDLC (Systems development life cycle) methodology (preferably Agile)
- Unified Modelling Language (UML)
- Processes description techniques like Role Activity Diagrams, BPMN, ...
- Project management practices,
- Microsoft Office suite, including Visio

The knowledge of the following will be considered as a plus:
- Requirements gathering techniques (knowledge of Agile Software Development user stories' requirements elicitation technique is a real plus)
- Analysis methodology while clients ICT has its own standards the BA will have to adhere to
- Testing concepts and practices.

At least proven 3 of the 5 latest years of:
- Processes analysis, development of methodologies or similar activities
- Proven experience in Cobit 5 framework implementation/migration.
- At least 3 years of practical experience in software delivery/operations (eg as team member on a software delivery project or as member of an operations management team)
- Any experience related to ICT security will be a plus

Resonsibilities:

- To discover, understand and analyse the organisation needs in terms of ICT Management & Governance framework,
- To challenge them against added value for the client and structure them into requirements,
- To evaluate how a migration of our processes (currently based on Cobit4) to the Cobit5 framework would benefit the

organisation,
- Based on the requirements and the existing processes, to propose a transition path to the Cobit5 framework and evaluate its impact (cost, change management, ...),
- Define how the migration to Cobit5 would positively or adversely impact ongoing initiatives in the following domains, like:
- Improvement of incident and change management practices
- Improvement of our ICS security policies and systems
- Improvement of our corporate ICT security policies and systems

Fluent speaking/writing in Dutch/French,
Good English knowledge.
