Process Analyst for Cash Management (Brussels)

Major initiatives are transforming the group and its Cash Management processes.
One of our objectives is to improve our customer satisfaction by making our bank more fluid and continuously improve our Cash Management operations from an end-to-end
perspective.
In order to continuously improve our Cash Management operations, we are working on improving our Monitoring and controls of our flows, starting from a well-defined
'cartography' of our flows for our main Cash Management products .

Function Description:
The Process Analyst in the Cash Management Competence Center Operational Excellence team will :
° Identify key flows to be analyzed from an end-to-end point of view
° Help the IT and process management teams, operating mutualized Cash
Management platforms in the group, to write and improve the cartographies for these flows
° Clearly indicate the current levels of Monitoring and controls in these cartographies
° Identify gaps in the current Monitoring and controls, using the cartographies,and necessary actions
° Contribute to the prioritization and planning of process improvements
° Develop reports/'graphics' that will be presented to (senior) management level
° Develop communication material

1 - 3 years of relevant banking experience,

preferably
in Cash Management and Payments and/or in a Process Management role

Technical experience / knowledge:
° MS Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Aris, Visio

Mandatory:
° Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking
° Willingness to travel to Paris and Rome on a weekly basis (1 to 3 days per week)
