PROCESS ANALYST-FINANCIAL

THE ROLE

Managing premiums, recovery and communication with banking systems, high availability and quality are important key values. Our financial system is connected to all contract and claims management systems. We are searching an external resource to reinforce the IS team.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE PERSONAL SKILLS

- Bachelor or master degree in insurance, finance or a relevant domain (or equivalent through experience).
- DUTCH AND FRENCH SPEAKING - ONE FLUENT, THE OTHER GOOD

BUSINESS EXPERIENCE

MANDATORY:

- Insurance or banking applications.

DESIRABLES:

- Knowledge of Financial processes (accounts receivable/accounts billable)
- Non-Life insurance

TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MANDATORY:

- Microsoft office knowledge (Word, Excel)

PREFERABLE:

- Process modelling tools (eg Provision)

FUNCTIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

MANDATORY:

- Significant experience as Process Analyst
- Significant experience in testing

PREFERABLE:

- Experience with testing methodology

OBJECTIVE OF THE ROLE TEAM RESPONSIBILITIES

Your mission as Process analyst:

- You will describe and analyse existing business processes and propose optimisations where possible
- Collecting the specific requirements of the various departments of the company as regards to financial processes
- Synthesize, model and describe the User Requirements
- Discuss the User Requirements with IT architects and contribute to the evaluation of the proposed solutions
- Preparation and execution of test scenarios used during user acceptance and non-regression testing
- Organizing the roll-out if needed: documentation, writing a manual or provide training
- Act as point of contact in case of questions, problems.
