Process analyst in customer and account domain, especially for Reporting and transaction domains :
Description of AS IS processes
Narratives
Description of To Be processes
Implementation of new processes
Change management linked to process improvement ( process notes,….
Typical deliverables: High Level process description, Aris modelisation, High Level
process requirements, E2E process narrative, change management activities

Experience
3-7 years of experience

Technical Experience
Mandatory
BPMN, Project management methodology, Lean, Clarity, Open work bench, MS Excel , Outlook, PowerPoint

Business Experience
Mandatory
Very Good Knowledge of customer and accounts domain
Very good knowledge of BPMN, knowledge of ARIS is a definite plus
Good process skills :
Being able to describe/design processes ( (AS IS- To Be)
Elaboration of process requirements
Change management : define change management strategy, prepare communication plans for deployment, train users and
provide required documents
