Engineering Process CAS ( Operations) is working on several processes improvement/projects in Customer Due Diligence projects.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
Process analysis in customer, reporting and account domain,:
° Description of AS IS processes
° Narratives
° Description of To Be processes
° Implementation of new processes
° Change management linked to process improvement ( process notes,….

Typical deliverables:
High Level process description,
Aris modelisation,
High Level process requirements,
E2E process narrative,
Change management activities

Education
Bachelor/Master or equivalent by experience

Languages Requirement
French good
Dutch good
English good

Experience
5-10 years of relevant experience in CDD processes

Technical Experience
Mandatory
MS Excel , Outlook, Power Point, Aris, Project Management, Methodology, Lean, Clarity, Open Work Bench.

Business
Experience
Mandatory Very good knowledge of reporting domain
Good process skills :
° Being able to describe/design processes ( (AS IS- To Be)
° Elaboration of process requirements
° Change management : define change management strategy, prepare communication plans for deployement, train users and provide required documentsCDDPA
