Problem Manager jobs in Brussels, French and Dutch, urgent!
Please read on if you have the following:
- Deep and broad problem management experience
- Fluent Dutch, English and French (mandatory)
The role is to coordinate engineering and operational teams, to analyse incidents after they occur, identify the structural solutions needed to avoid repetition and follow-upon the agreed actions to verify the proposed solution has been completed. This involves motivating and challenging the different teams and coordinating the stakeholders after incidents. Reporting and communication skills are highly important to move towards higher resilience based on knowledge gained during the problem management process.
Applicants need strong interpersonal skills and the ability to persuade and encourage different teams.
