Due to the urgency of the role, SC or DV (Developed Vetting) Security Clearance is required
The role responsibilities will include:
Managing problems from logging, diagnosis, escalation through to resolution
Drive effective problem analysis to include root cause analysis and preventative action
Reducing business impact of incidents
Supporting the implementation of best practice processes to meet SLAs
Produce trend analysis
Conducting regular maturity assessments
Management of major incident reviews
