Problem Manager wanted for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Practical knowledge and experience in software development, preferentially in the financial area
- Professionalism in technical questions is required, experience in Unix, Tomcat and DB2 is a big plus
- Structured, conceptual and strategic thinking and working
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken
YOUR TASKS:
- Analysing the cause of malfunctions
- Working in a Windows Environment
- Solving problems permanently including developing workarounds
- Identifying possible issues at an early stage to provide them to occur
