One of our key clients is looking for a Problem Manager who is able to interview & start work immediately!

The Problem Manager will be responsible in assisting in the development & implementation of ITIL based Problem Management processes & will ensure that implementation of process, plans & reporting is in accordance to ITIL principles & framework.

Responsibilities & Requirements:

- WORK TO THE OVERALL OBJECTIVES WITH THE MANAGER, ITSM & IMPLEMENT PROBLEM MANAGEMENT POLICY, PROCESS, PROCEDURES & STANDARDS.
- STRONG KNOWLEDGE OF ITIL V3 & IT SERVICE MANAGEMENT PRINCIPLES (ITIL INTERMEDIATE CERT. PREFERRED)
- EXPERIENCE IMPLEMENTING/MAINTAINING ITIL ALIGNED INCIDENT & PROBLEM MANAGEMENT PLANS, POLICIES & PROCESSES & HOW THEY INTEGRATE WITH OTHER ITIL PROCESSES
- Service delivery experience to Service delivery experience to reduce effort and bring efficiency through proactive problem management, automation, process re-engineering and effective use of Knowledge Management.
- Experience developing operational and business KPI reports.
- Proven ability in understanding & knowledge of project management, including application of concepts, principles and practices and processes required to manage and coordinate range of work.
- Ability to successfully communicate complex technical concepts to a technical and non-technical staff
