PROBLEM MANAGER/LEVEL 2 APPLICATION SUPPORT

On behalf of our client, a leading global company within finance, we are looking for a Level 2 Application Supporter and Problem Manager with banking experience. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

DESCRIPTION:

- Application Subject Matter Expert (Sybase and Unix)
- Problem Manager

REQUIREMENTS:

- Problem management experience
- Extensive Sybase and Unix experience
- Experience with trade floor support or Credit Risk area a clear advantage
- Proven track record in bringing efficiency in day-to-day operations
- Multi-tasking skills and ability to work under pressure
- Ability to manage and liaise with the internal IT problem management partners
