Our client has a job vacancy for a Probation Officer to work in Lancashire. This vacancy has an initial 3 month contract and the pay rate for this role is £25 per hour (limited company worker).

Duties:
- Carrying out needs and risks assessments.
- Planning supervision required for each offender.
- Producing reports in accordance to national standards, performance targets and local guidelines.
- Motivating the offender to engage with the development of the sentence plan.
- Taking into account the risk to the public and the offender's criminogenic needs.
- Ensuring the offender actively engages in the process of the sentence plan.
- Helping offenders to achieve sentence planning objectives and outcomes through an inclusive and collaborative approach.

Requirements:
All applicants must be a Qualified Probation Officer with at least 2 years recent post qualifying experience working as a Probation Officer. Applicants must also have OASys and N-Delius experience.
