- Good knowledge of Scripting tools such as VB Scripts & Powershell
- Must have worked with OEM hardware (Lexmark, Zebra ZM600, HP) & remote connectivity tools.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and hand-on experience on Pharos Systems Blueprint Administrator 5.0.7085, Pharos Tools, strong knowledge of Secure Pull print, and hands on experience of Analyst & Collector Servers. SQL Database knowledge for Analyst Servers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and hand-on experience on Bartender 10.0 Tools & Bartender Web Print Server. Strong Knowledge of Label Printers. Oracle Database knowledge for Bartender Servers will be an added advantage.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and hand-on experience on SAP Print & JustPlot Linux Servers. Strong knowledge of Plotters.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and hand-on experience on print dependency services like DNS, Certificate Services, and web tools.
- Experience in Installation, Configuration, Administration and Troubleshooting of Printer Management Services with strong knowledge of Operating System (Windows, Linux, Unix)
- Strong knowledge on Windows 2003, Windows 2008 R2 & Windows 2012 Windows General Print including IIS & Active Directory.

ROLE
- Management and System Administration of Windows 2003/2008 Active Directory/Windows General Print, Print Servers, Pharos Pull Print, SAP Print, Justplot Plotters and Bartender Label Print
- Ensure maximum availability of Infrastructure by providing a quick turnaround of resolution times
- Analysis on performance, and should have excellent troubleshooting abilities - to reduce the overall incident resolution time
- Problem Management, Root cause analysis and preparing Major Incident Reports
- Change Management activities
- Installations, moves, adds, and changes (IMACs)
- Upgrades and Patch management,
- Back-up and Recovery Services
- Should be able to work in an on-site/off-shore model - ensuring seamless communication with the offshore team to achieve service levels
- Able to work well with little direction and in a team atmosphere
