Principle HR Advisor - Oil & Gas

My client is a leading multinational Oil & Gas company based in central London with operations spanning over 80 countries. This is a truly international organisation with a vibrant and diverse cultural environment and with a lot of progression opportunity.

Due to a period of significant growth my client is now recruiting for a Principle HR Advisor on a permanent basis.

The role is based in central London and the salary will be between £35,000 and £50,000 based on experience. They have a brilliant benefits package with flexible options.

This is a great HR Generalist role where you will be supporting all the different business units across the business as well as providing advice on; HR policies and procedures, employee relations, recruitment and performance management.

There will be a good deal of international exposure and the opportunity to take ownership and run the end to end process on ER issues and recruitment as well as Policy creation and maintenance.

They are ideally looking for someone who has experience working in a similar role within a large multi-national organisation (oil & gas experience would be perfect) and CIPD qualified.
