Principle Finance Officer

This role has been released on a temporary basis initially for 3 months they are looking for someone with knowledge of Adult Social Care.

Potential interviews on the afternoon of the 2nd April 2014.

You will be involved with carrying out preparation and modelling work in respect of the "Care Bill 2012"

In addition you will provide financial support in developing the Better Care Fund programme, and generally assist in the final accounts close down process.

You should match the following criteria:

* AAT or equivalent.
* A track record of successfully preparing budgets, monitoring budget targets and providing projections, completing final accounts at Service level.
* Ability to use Financial Information Systems to extract information
* Effective communication skills to liaise with budget managers and team members.
* Ability to produce and challenge financial information intelligently and innovatively
