Principal Project Controller SAP, Project Control, Defence

A Principal Project Controller with SAP, Project Control and Defence is required to work on a six month contract (This is a six month contract working for a UK leading defence client.)

Overview of the Principal Project Controller contract role
Competent and confident with relevant project control systems and toolsets. Comfortable liaising with customers, employees and managers to obtain what is necessary to carry out the role. Good team player, self-starter with a pro-active and positive attitude.

Key skills required for the Principal Project Controller
Schedule Analysis
Earned Value management
Critical path analysis
Creation, maintenance, manipulation and query of project control plans
Order material management utilising SAP
Proficient use and understanding of relevant material planning
SAP Experience
Primavera P6 desirable
Good communication abilities
Excellent attention to detail
Has experience of working in a defence industry setting

The role is based in Surrey - commutable from Aldershot, Farnborough, Wokingham, Bracknell, Chertsey, Weybridge, Woking, Guildford, Farnham, Winchester, Basingstoke and Reading with excellent access from Hampshire and Berkshire
