Principal/Director Landscape Architect

Principal/ Director Landscape Architect - Edinburgh My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Landscape Architect in either a Principal or Director capacity. This opportunity has arisen due to the EIA & Planning team's current growth strategy within the renewables sector. Current projects currently consist of landscape and visual impact assessments for wind farms. Due to the varied nature of the business, there will also be an opportunity to work on engineering infrastructure projects as well as landscape design. As a senior member of the EIA team, your responsibilities will include: - Landscape related technical assignments (wind farm EIA's) - Team lead for the landscape division - Ensure technical reviews are delivered to the highest standard - Business development (as appropriate with level of experience) - Management of proposals To be a successful applicant you will have substantial experience of working in a consultancy, with exposure to team management, project delivery and business development. If you have the following, it will significantly strengthen your application: - BA or MA in Landscape Design, Landscape Management, Landscape Planning - Member of Landscape Institute - Working knowledge of AutoCad - LVIA This company will offer you a very competitive package based on your experience.
