PREMIUM ENGAGEMENT SALES SUPPORT needed for a long term contract opportunity with our client located in NEWTOWN SQUARE, PA.

- Advanced PowerPoint
- Time Management

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Support 3 US VP's in sales administrative responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

- Maintenance and redesign of the Book of Numbers - key PE statistics that needs to be redesigned for current business focus
- Maintenance and administration of the sales team account assignments
- Work with AGS business development team to maintain Account Mapping (AMAP)
- Preparation of Powerpoint presentations as required by Market Units (MU) for QBR's and ad hoc meetings
- Assist sales teams with CRM issues
- Assist VP and sales teams with pipeline reporting and other CRM related reporting
- NVP and VP ad hoc requests as necessary

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Advanced Excel Spreadsheet skills; V Look-up; pivot tables, advanced formulas
- Advanced PowerPoint skills; charts, importing data; water fall charts
- Basic business acumen - some experience working in a corporate environment; we would not rule out a new graduate (MBA preferred) that had some intern work experience
- The need to understand the "why" and ask profound questions until solid understanding is gained
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and adapt to an environment with changing priorities
- Maturity and self-discipline to be able to work independently and virtually as required
