Pre-Silicon Verification Engineer Specman

For this contract position with the world's leading computer components company, you will be creating several cluster test benches for advanced Ethernet controllers that combine networking, storage, and high performance computing functionality at 10/40Gb speeds. These test benches will be implemented using the Specman `e' language with OVM.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop test plans from architecture and design specifications
- Design test benches
- Write tests
- Gather and analyze coverage results
- Plug coverage holes
- Debug problems in the design and AV environment

REQUIREMENTS:

- ASIC/SOC verification and debug
- Verilog HDL
- SPECMAN E VERIFICATION LANGUAGE
- eRM, OVM and/or VMM
- Good programming skills

PREFERRED:

- Ethernet
- TCP/IP
- RDMA

Years of experience and expertise level: 8 years, mid- or senior-level
Estimated length of assignment: 12 months up to 18 months
