Context:

Contributes to the design and planning of a global customised ICT solution including the services aspects, which meets the requirements expressed by the customer in the context of large outsourcing and managed services contracts. Is a member of a Business Development and Pre-sales team. Our client is looking for IT Outsourcing Professionals who will be able to deliver within tight deadlines!

Job Contents:

Leading role oriented towards the program management aspects of the proposed solution
*Accountable for designing, positioning, planning, and quoting the E2E Program Management aspects, including
oDue Diligence and Transition
oTransformation programs
oThe Target Governance Model composed of on-going Governance and on-going Program Management
*Key added values
oScoping, staffing and planning of concerned projects and programs
oAlignment with Project Management team and Integration Management
*Typical activities and responsibilities
o Scoping, staffing and planning of Due Diligence and Transition, based on available spec's for the AS IS and TO BE situations identified and designed by the architects

Profile:

* The successful candidate will have business acumen with a track record of managing large ICT projects minimum 10 years experience in
program management or IT management
* Must be familiar with the key systems scope and project objectives as well as the role and function of
each team member in order to effectively coordinate the activities of the team
* Focussed on the essence of projects; "can do" attitude; able to make things happen
* Results oriented, disciplined decision maker able to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment
* Experience with P knowledge/
understanding of KPI, risk identification and measures
* Knowledge of business and commercial basic principles such as accounting, US -GAAP, EBIT, cash-flow, forecast, business volume, cost calculation/control, interpretation of key data for controlling,
profitability considerations, Sarbanes-Oxley
* Knowledge of supply and service contract law and able to manage contracts: commenting, revising
contracts and cooperation agreements and standard contract management tools
