My client is looking for Pre-Sales consultants to come and join the growing and successful sales division. You will be somebody who is highly motivated to influence your earning potential through becoming an expert in how our product benefits businesses across multiple industries.
RESPONSIBILITIES;
• Take all inbound demand from customers via email, phone, web leads and affiliate leads
• Understand the full capability of the software and hardware
• Be commercially aware and fully understand how different businesses will benefit from the product
• Qualify the suitability of the customer's requirements to the features of product
• Convert qualified leads into a booked face to face or online demonstration
• Take and record accurate information
• Use the CRM accurately to hand off all converted leads to sales closing team
REQUIREMENTS;
• Proven history in a sales role within a B2B organisation
• Proven history in pre-sales consultancy or lead qualification role is preferable
• Strong consultative selling skills match the customer's requirements with the features of the product
• Excellent understanding of and aptitude for computer and software technology
• Superb phone, live chat and email communication skills
• Able to operate in fast-paced and changing market environment
