Projektbeschreibung

The Pre-Sales Consultant is responsible for coordinating pay-per-click media strategies between the outside sales team & the fulfillment team. Operating in a dynamic team environment, this individual must quickly understand and be able to communicate initiatives requested from the sales team on behalf of high spend national and regional clients with a high level of customer support.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Analyze advertiser margin, objectives, services, CPL/KPI requests & monthly spend requests to determine initial program eligibility
- Communicate the SEM product best practices & product/business requirements to sales in order to support pre-sales, post-sales & campaign performance success
- Engage with pay-per-click analyst team as a pre-fulfillment consultant and communicate objectives to other parties during initial onboarding stage of campaign set-up
- Field questions & facilitate education on the product to sales with process, technical & product inquiries
- Field all consultation calls with sales prior to item being keyed but once it is sold to ensure expectation consistency with sales, client, and pay-per-click fulfillment team
- Expedite campaign brief requests & consultation calls that are requested by sales last minute
- Understand and communicate the results & relationship of each statistic encompassed in the campaign brief estimates & report directly to sales personnel and in client-facing situations
- Communicate Real Time previous campaign data for specific vertical markets to both sales and advertisers prior to account launch and throughout the pre-sales process
- Aid sales personnel in decision-making processes prior to item sold that will contribute to the goals and success of clients future campaigns
- Troubleshoot estimate intake issues and problem solve when necessary to maximize account & sales retention and aid in high performance level accounts being on boarded

SKILLS:

REQUIREMENTS

- 1-2 years experience working directly in or with sales in Google AdWords, Bing, Yahoo and/or other pay-per-click advertising situations
- Proficiency in maintaining product & business requirements for the campaign brief estimates requested & communicating to sales accordingly
- Significant telephone customer service experience speaking directly with high touch accounts in a pre-sales, sales and technical environment
- Experience with evaluating basic technical analysis of website (current/live), call/form fill tracking, design
- Experience with current pay-per-click trends, market influences, keyword vs CPL/CPC/KPI relationship etc.
- Proficiency in onboarding large scale pay-per-click accounts in a variety of different industry verticals
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word

OTHER SKILLS/ABILITIES

- Experience with CRMs such as SalesForce and other business related software a plus
- Experience with Keyword Planner tool & other keyword research tools
- Experience with sales communications & environments

EDUCATION

- BA/BS degree preferred or equivalent work experience
