PPM Tool Business Analyst Service

Tasks:

The agent should have relevant experience with a standard PPM tool (SAP PPM preferably) and their business use and applications. A good grasp on standard PPM methodology (PMI preferably) is an additional asset.

Responsibilities of the agent:

- Master Elia PPM methodology (PMI based) and ensure its correct implementation in SAP PPM
- Understand PPM Tool configuration
- Follow-up the developments and optimize configuration of SAP PPM with IT according to business requirements
- Validate the SAP PPM solution
- Test the SAP PPM solution and its integration with other SAP modules (eg: PS, CO)

o Organize UAT testing
o Prepare test scenarios/business use cases
o Execute test scenarios
- Write the functional documentation
- Develop structured business training documentation and materials
- Present the PPM Tool solution persuasively
- Give end-user training and coaching
- Participate in the change management

Additional information:

Elia is starting a project from scratch with SAP PPM6 as add-on on ECC EHP6 (on HANA technology). It is a unique opportunity to participate in this HANA project.

Functional knowledge in the following domains is necessary:
- Basic Functional knowledge of SAP PS, CO
- Conceptual knowledge of :
- Portfolios, Initiatives and Portfolio Items
- Questionnaires and Scoring Models
- Portfolio Reviews and Analysis
- Project Management
- Decision Point and Process Change
- Financial and Capacity Planning
- Resource Management

Languages:

- Bilingual (Flemish/French) - English for documentation

Working hours and duration of the project:

3 days/week, days have to be agreed upfront by Elia.
