Are you an experienced PPI Team Leader?

Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is looking to recruit an experienced and talented PPI Team Leader to manage a team of PPI Claim Handlers.

ROLE PROFILE:

- Oversee, maintain and promote operational PPI service quality.
- Managing the team and ensuring everyone understands what is expected of them and how they are performing
- Motivate, develop and coach employees by conducting regular one to one meetings, goals setting & reviews, coaching sessions and appraisal meetings with your team and effectively manage performance.
- Manage people-related issues for your team, such things as absence and poor performance.
- Conduct sampling of cases and coach individuals where necessary
- Drive quality of complaint cases within your team, ensuring they adhere to standards set by regulators.
- Establish relationships with key management figures including providing regular MI and performance reports for review

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Proven success in team management position within Financial Services
- Experience within a PPI complaint handling environment
- Able to motivate and lead effectively
- Ability to deal with all levels demonstrating tact & diplomacy
- Statistical analysis and interpretation skills.

Location - Glasgow

Rate - up to £250.00 per day

Duration - 3 months initially
