PPI Quality Assurance Consultant

Our client, a blue chip financial services organisation require a number of contract Quality Assurance Consultants for a large remediation programme based in Glasgow. Successful candidates will be performing monitoring and testing of completed PPI complaints and working with colleagues across the organisation, ensuring standards are met in relation to customer remediation/resolution. You will be helping to continuously improve the Assurance Framework which drives the standards expected for PPI customer remediation activity and ensuring this is continually reviewed and assessed.

To be successful in this position, candidates MUST demonstrate the following skills and experience:

- A strong delivery focus, able to balance and successfully deliver high quality work in tight timescales;
- A proven track record in carrying out complaints assurance of PPI or other regulated product;
- Knowledge and application of industry standard assurance methodologies;
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data from multiple sources;
- Ability to interpret and apply PPI policy and standards
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work in a collaborative and collegiate manner;
- Hold previous Audit or industry recognised Control Testing qualifications/experience

You will be working as part of a larger team and you will be expected to report to senior level stakeholders, present information in a clear and concise way, therefore you will be an excellent communicator with the ability to engage at all levels.
