PPI Quality Assurance/Checkers

The Opportunity
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for experienced Quality Checkers/Assurers to join an exciting remediation project based in London. By joining the Quality Assurance team you will work in close conjunction with the operation to act as a vital link in ensuring quality levels are high. The key responsibility of the Quality Assurer will be to assess the quality of the work undertaken by colleagues such as the decision to uphold or reject a claim, phone-calls to customers, letter writing and calculations, as well as to act as a reference point for questions. While acting as an operational Subject Matter Expert you will be adept at demonstrating and sharing best practice.

The Candidate
The successful candidates must have solid backgrounds in Quality Checking/Assurance roles within Payment Protection Insurance. Candidates will have previous experience of operating in a fast paced and target driven environment and will be able to demonstrate strong organisation and prioritisation skills. You will have excellent communication skills and will be able to convey clear and concise messages to both the Case Handling teams and to management alike.
