This is an excellent opportunity to join a Top Tier Financial Services Institution as a PPI Complaints Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be required to:
- Manage process of payments on PPI complaints
- Monitor Suppliers delivery of services
- Review Suppliers performance against SLA along with Service Delivery Manager
- Approval of PPI payments
- Lead and motivate staff
- Establish a coaching culture
Key skills/experience:
- PPI complaints experience
- Operations Manager experience
- Financial Services experience
- Experienced with Respond, Triumph and/or Edostar
- Service Excellence
- Excellent customer facing skills
- Vendor/3rd party supplier management experience
- THIS ROLE IS TO COVER 3PM TO 11PM SHIFT
