Powertrain Systems Design Engineer - 12 Month Contract - West Midlands

I am looking for a Powertrain Systems Design Engineer for my prestigious automotive client based in the West Midlands for a new hybrid project.

The successful candidate will align di erent features of hybrid systems. They will be responsible for developing the feature or set of features, from agreeing it with the attribute owner to developing, de ning and writing requirements, as well as supporting documentation, and understanding from other stakeholders, business constraints, enablers as well as getting requirements agreed and out into deployment within the wider business. They will then come back round and be involved with the testing and veri cation.

Key Skills;

Design experience of complex systems
Ability to understand and de ne complex systems and to document them clearly
Familiarity with tool sets eg IVM,
Design tools eg Artisan, Rhapsody
System modelling tools
Network Design
Software Design
Mat lab Simulink
Strong communication skills
