Powertrain Project Manager

Powertrain Project Manager Required- 12-24 Months- South East

My Client are currently seeking an experienced project manager to join their team, to support an engine assembly project.

The successful powertrain project manager will have the following responsibilities:

*Responsible for sales and project activities
*Analysis of contract terms and conditions
*Preparation of technical quotations and cost estimates
*Reviewing of received orders
*Preparation of project timing plans
*Budget control
*Attendance of project meetings
*Management and coordination of design teams
*Management of suppliers and resource to secure the manpower for the project
*Aftersales activities

The successful powertrain project manager will also have or be:

*Experienced with powertrain automotive machinery
*A good understanding of mechanical systems
*Commercially astute- previous management of customers or suppliers essential
*Able to work to immovable deadlines

The client has a global presence and work will include all spectrums of the automotive industry. This opportunity is not one to be missed for anybody wanting to be apart of a company with a growing presence within the industry.

Contracts are initially 12 months but may be extended dependent on workload and performance. Rates are competitive and dependent on individual skill.
