The Center for Health Science seeks a postdoctoral fellow to investigate the cellular mechanisms involved in the pathogenesis of Parkinson's disease, with a focus on the role of nicotine and nicotinic receptors in neurodegeneration, neuroprotection, parkinsonism and dyskinesias. The successful candidate will work on in vitro and in vivo pharmacology, as well as electrophysiology, neurochemistry, molecular biology, and/or immunocytochemistry.
