GEISINGER HEALTH SYSTEM IS SEEKING A POSTDOCTORAL FELLOW FOR THE RESEARCH AREA UNDER HEINRIC WILLIAMS, MD, LOCATED ON GEISINGER MEDICAL CENTER'S (GMC) CAMPUS IN DANVILLE, PA.
This training position provides opportunity for growth and development as an independent investigator. The trainee will conduct a specific research project under the supervision of the Dr. Williams and provide technical and intellectual resources to the research program.
Dr. Williams' research interests include: the role of heat shock proteins in genitourinary malignancies, translational genomics and epigenomics in genitourinary cancers, targeted and immunotherapies in genitourinary cancers, role of multiparametric magnetic resonance imaging in prostate cancer, health disparities in genitourinary cancers and chemoprevention in genitourinary cancers.
