POS Retail Software Application Specialist Switzerland
The POS Retail Software Application Specialist is responsible for maintenance and customisation of PoS applications and other in-store utility and reporting tools. The individual is also responsible for Back End procedures in relation to store start up and closure.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support store opening and closure for everything concerning in-store IT equipment, in any regional location this service may be required
- Support store operations start-up, providing operational training on tools and procedures to store associates
- Support stock managers and Group Compliance for inventory taking
- Support daily store operations (on-call), troubleshooting technical issues and addressing procedural operational issues to other supporting functions as required
- Communicate proactively with store sales associates and retail operations on a daily basis
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years in a global retail organization
- Knowledge of retail store operations
- Knowledge of fashion and retail industry specific requirements
- Working experience in service delivery and customer satisfaction focused environments
Please note; you need to work via an umbrella company to pay tax and social security in country.
We need this done from day one. Tax and social security is circa 34%, the umbrella company pay you direct into your bank every month and the take care of all administrative work - insurance and so on. Simple, easy, legal and a must-do for EU contracts. You have nothing to do but the work you are contracted to do and send a timesheet at the end of the month.
